Between The Legs

In this video the between the legs dribble is taught. This dribble is used to protect the ball from the defence when changing hands and allows for a quick and deceptive change of direction. The skill is broken down into two parts. The first part involves getting in a low, lunge position and then crossing the ball over behind the front leg. The next part involves a front facing athletic stance. A good tip is to aim for a Hi-5 in the middle of the legs.
